Togo is classified as one of the poorest countries in Africa, where life is peaceful, but combined with much suffering among its inhabitants. The population is young and mainly unemployed, education is not affordable for everyone, protection of the environment is poorly understood and managed, hunger is seen in thousands of vulnerable households, and where business is precarious and basic.
